Solid Surface
Solid Surface
Solid surface is the name given to 100% acrylic benchtops, the most recognised of these is Corian. Solid surface benchtops can be joined and polished so that the join is virtually invisible. This is a great advantage in benchtops over 3m long where other materials will need a visible join. Coved upstands, curved benchtops and post-formed shaping are all possible with solid surface.

Everyone is familiar with Laminate benchtops, the most recognised of these being Formica. A hardwearing and cost effective option.
